Who is Kiss of Heaven Photography?

Kiss of Heaven Photography is a family-run business made up of me, Daniel De Bord, and my wife, Ketsiri (Dee) De Bord. We are photographers specializing in fine art nature photography and outdoor portrait photography services.

What printing options do you offer?

​

We offer three mediums of printing for my artwork--TruLife® acrylic fine art prints, ChromaLuxe® metal prints, and canvas products. We, therefore, are able to offer fine art pieces for everyone, no matter his or her economic status. For the consummate collector who only wants the highest quality museum artwork that money can buy, we have TruLife® Acrylic fine art prints. For the more budget-conscious purchaser who wants gallery quality but at a more affordable price, we have ChromaLuxe® metal prints. For those on a more limited budget, we offer gallery-quality canvas prints.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and ApplePay.

Is my credit card information secure? 

​

Yes! We are proud to say that our hosting platform is compliant with the highest Payment Card Industry Data Standards (PCI DDS Level 1), supported by anti-fraud protection, to safeguard payment info and protect transactions. Our data in transit encryption uses HTTPS, TLS 1.2+ and automatic SSL, while data at rest uses Advanced Encryption Standard-256—the strongest encryption standard available and is even used by the US National Security Agency and the online banking industry.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is included in the product price for shipping to virtually anywhere in the United States. We don't desire to charge you an extra fee for shipping, including our friends in Alaska and Hawaii. However, if you know that you live in a very remote place, contact us by email at KissOfHeavenPhotography@gmail.com before placing your order, and we will verify with our shipper that there will be no additional shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

​

Yes, we ship to almost anywhere in the world. Please contact us at KissOfHeavenPhotography@gmail.com to receive a price quote on the cost of shipping internationally. When requesting a price quote, please provide the title of the image, print medium, and size, along with your name, phone number, email address, and destination address. The purchaser’s is responsible for duties, taxes, customs, and fees required in international shipping.

Can you ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, and DPOs?

Yes, but this requires us to make special shipping arrangements, so before placing your order, please contact us at KissOfHeavenPhotography@gmail.com to get a price quote on shipping. Our goal will be to absorb as much of the shipping cost to boxes as possible, but there may be some cost left to the purchaser. Please allow additional week over the standard production and shipping duration (see below) to receive your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

​

All Kiss of Heaven Photography artwork is custom made. Please allow up to three to four weeks for production and delivery of your artwork. Upon delivery, please inspect your artwork for damage during shipping.

How are pieces packaged?

​

We go to great lengths to ensure that your fine art piece arrives safely. Your artwork will be professionally packaged to protect it during shipping. Acrylic and metal prints are covered with a protective sheet to prevent scratches, firmly attached to a non-flexible board, wrapped in impact-resistance packing material, and boxed.

Rest assured that every art piece from Kiss of Heaven Photography is insured. In the unlikely event that your art piece arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it as soon as possible.

What do I do if a print arrives damaged?

​

We go to great lengths to ensure that your fine art piece arrives safely and want you to be 100% satisfied with your artwork. However, in the rare instance that your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the following instructions immediately:

1. Per insurance company requirements, within 48 hours of delivery, contact us at info@KissofHeavenPhotography.com and provide a brief description of the damage. Attach photographs of the damaged artwork and any evidence of damage to the packing materials, as required to make an insurance claim. A replacement art piece will be put into production immediately.

2. Retain all packaging materials, as the shipper may come to inspect the package. Do not throw away anything.

3. The shipper may request additional information for completing the insurance claim. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks for the shipping company to process the insurance claim.

4. We will ship your already made replacement as soon as the carrier notifies us the insurance credit has been approved.

Please note that unless the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, damaged items may not be accepted for return and replacement. All Kiss of Heaven artwork is custom made and takes between three to four weeks for production and delivery.

Do you have any guarantees or a return policy?

​

Yes, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee! Here at Kiss of Heaven Photography, we only sell fine art quality prints, working only with carefully scrutinized master printers who use the highest quality components to produce prints that are virtually flawless. We want you to be blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship of your chosen artwork. If there is a problem with your order, we want to make it right.

If you are dissatisfied with your print (for any reason other than shipping damage [see shipping damage policy above]), please take the following 2 steps. First, notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt, informing us of the reason for your dissatisfaction (we want to know how we can improve). Second, return the product to us insured for its full value, in its original condition and original or equivalent packing materials for safe transport. All returns will be inspected by us to verify that it is still in a new, saleable condition. Any damage to your artwork (other than return shipping damage, if insured properly) will be valued and prorated from the original purchase amount. Your refund will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs and insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I use the images found on your website?

All images and content contained within this website are the copyright of Kiss of Heaven Photography (Daniel De Bord and/or Ketsiri De Bord). Images may not be reproduced, printed, copied, manipulated or reproduced in any way without expressed permission of Kiss of Heaven Photography.

What is the best way to clean my print?

​

All prints can be wiped with a lint free, slightly damp micro fiber cloth. For acrylic prints, never use any glass cleaner on it, such as Windex. We recommend using a cleaner specifically formulated for acrylic that is ammonia-free, such as Brillianize which you can purchase here.
